Private equity

We advise private equity funds and other financial investors on all forms of leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs and other types of transactions. It takes in-depth knowledge and long-standing experience to apply the relevant regulatory and tax requirements to the transaction, the management participation, and the financing. In addition, the time pressure for private equity transactions is often extreme, and managing these projects is highly challenging. What’s more, private equity is a cross-border matter. The ability to provide legal and tax advice in different countries, and to coordinate multiple work streams within tight deadlines, is often crucial to the success of a project.
