Berlin

The Berlin office was opened in 1994. In 2001 it relocated to Friedrichstraße. At the beginning of 2016, the firm moved into new premises on “Unter den Linden”. In addition to advising corporate clients in Germany and abroad on tax law and corporate law, the team provides advice to successful company founders and their family offices. Based in Berlin, notary Dr. Martin Oltmanns not only works on corporate law matters, but also offers the full range of notarial services.

By car:

Berlin-Mitte: There are several multi-storey car parks close by, in Dorotheenstraße, Jägerstraße and Taubenstraße.

By plane:

From Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER):

Arrival at Terminal 1/2: From the airport station Flughafen BER Terminal 1/2, take regional express (RE7) or regional train (RB14) to Bahnhof Friedrichsstraße, approx. 30 to 35 minutes. Alternatively, take the airport express (FEX) to Berlin Hauptbahnhof and take the suburban train (S-Bahn) one stop back to Bahnhof Friedrichsstraße, approx. 35 minutes. Alternatively, take S-Bahn line S9 to Bahnhof Friedrichsstraße, approx. 50 minutes. Taxi approx. 45 minutes.

Arrival at Terminal 5: From the airport station Flughafen BER - Terminal 5, take suburban train (S-Bahn) line S9 to Bahnhof Friedrichsstraße or line S45 to Tempelhof. Change to the underground line U6 to Unter den Linden, approx. 50 minutes. Alternatively, take S-Bahn line S9 to the airport station Flughafen BER Terminal 1/2 and then follow the instructions above for arrival at Terminal 1/2. Taxi approx. 40 minutes.

By public transport:

The office is located next to the underground (U-Bahn) station Unter den Linden. U-Bahn lines 5 and 6 stop here. Within walking distance is the Friedrichstraße surburban railway (S-Bahn) station, where various regional trains also stop.

From Berlin central station (Hauptbahnhof): Take any suburban train (S-Bahn) line to Friedrichstraße; taxi approx. 7 minutes or underground (U5) three stops to Unter den Linden (5 minutes).
