Buying and selling real estate raises many legal and tax questions. Our teams of experienced lawyers and tax advisors are on hand to answer them.

Our real estate experts support investors by conducting due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, and identifying the right acquisition structure. After the purchase, we advise on all matters relating to the conclusion, extension and termination of rental agreements, and other legal questions of ongoing administration and income protection.

We assist real estate sellers with preparing the sales documentation and finding the right sales model (share deal or asset deal), determining the steps of the sales procedure, and drafting and negotiating all the agreements to be concluded with the various parties to the sale.
