Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises management on sale of diva-e datacenters GmbH

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the management team led by Jerome Evans and Nicolaj Kamensek in connection with the sale of diva-e datacenters GmbH (firstcolo) from EMERAN Capital Partners to Cube Infrastructure Managers (Cube). The management team retains a significant stake in firstcolo through reinvestment.
