Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the shareholders of Berlin-based technology provider Hotsplots GmbH on the sale of Hotsplots to the French Wifirst Group. Wifirst has been part of CAPZA, an alternative asset manager founded in 2004, since March 2022.
