Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Communardo Software GmbH on the merger with Bitvoodoo AG, Switzerland. Under the umbrella of the Communardo Group, both companies will pool their resources and know-how, while still operating as independent entities.

Communardo is a leading provider of software solutions and consulting services for the digital workplace, which has grown steadily since its founding in 2001 and generates revenues as a full-service provider for the Modern Workplace with nearly 230 employees at seven locations in Germany, Austria, and Albania.
Bitvoodoo AG was founded in 2008. A total of around 50 employees work at the headquarters in Zurich, the branch in Renens/Lausanne and the development center in Ilmenau (Germany). <<<
