Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises BuildTec on partnership with Glaser

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the BuildTec Software Group (BuildTec), a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU), on the conclusion of a partnership with Glaser Programmsysteme GmbH (Glaser). The partnership expands BuildTec’s portfolio by adding another international player in construction software to its fold, with a focus on computer-aided design (CAD) for structural engineering projects.

Matthias Glaser will continue in his role as CEO of Glaser.
