Global Mobility – Introduction to the event series & income and exit taxation upon relocation

We hope you can join us for the launch of our series “Global mobility – A legal & tax journey for private clients” on October 9, 2023. This comprehensive series is particularly tailored to the needs and interests of family-owned businesses and private clients.

In our kick-off event, we will briefly introduce the series and dive into the potential income tax implications of relocating abroad for natural persons, in particular questions of leaving the tax net and exit taxation. We will also outline typical pitfalls and solutions based on case studies.

Our speakers:

Dr Nils Häck is an expert in international tax law and corporate tax law. One focus of his work is advising high-net-worth private clients on planning a relocation to and from Germany.

Dr Florian Kutt is an expert in tax-optimized structuring, advising various clients including high-net-worth private clients on planning a relocation.
