Flick Gocke Schaumburg is again appointing many new partners from its own ranks

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has appointed five new equity partners and eleven associated partners with effect from January 1, 2022. As in previous years, all of the appointed partners have been selected from the firm’s own existing personnel.

In 2022, the following people will enter into the partnership: Mathias Bülow (corporate law/M&A, Berlin), Dr. Anja Herb (corporate law/corporate body advisory, Bonn), Dr. Jörg Kurzenberger (tax law, Stuttgart), Jan König (corporate finance, Bonn) and Dr. Tim Zinowsky (international tax law and transfer pricing, Bonn).

The newly appointed associated partners are: Dr. Thomas Belz (Bonn), Dr. Bastian Biermann (Frankfurt), Philipp Claussen (Düsseldorf/Bonn), Dr. Alexander Geißler (Bonn), Andreas Heinrich (Bonn), Maria Huxol (Munich), Dr. Karsten Lorenz (Bonn), Dr. Theresa Siebing (Munich), Dr. Sandy Siegfanz-Strauß (Bonn), Dr. Corinna Tigges-Knümann (Frankfurt/Bonn) and Dr. Benjamin Weiss (Frankfurt).

That will bring the number of equity partners to 85 and associated partners to 78 at Flick Gocke Schaumburg’s seven German offices.

Introducing the new partners in 2022:

Mathias Bülow is a lawyer at the Berlin office. He advises his clients in the fields of private equity and venture capital, mergers & acquisitions corporate and group law, as well as on corporate restructuring.

Dr. Anja Herb is a lawyer at the Berlin office. Her expertise covers corporate and group law, primarily in the areas of corporate body advisory/liability, corporate governance, corporate compliance and shareholders’ meetings, as well as in providing advice to banks and insurance companies.

Dr. Jörg F. Kurzenberger is a tax advisor at the Stuttgart office who specialises in indirect taxes and advises all aspects of VAT law. The main focuses of his work include tax litigation, tax audits, tax criminal law and white-collar crime, tax compliance and risk management, as well as corporate restructuring.

Jan König is a graduate in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann), tax advisor and certified valuation analyst (CVA) at the Bonn office. His work focuses on the evaluation of companies and corporate shares within the scope of transactions and for legal matters.

Dr. Tim Zinowsky is a graduate in economics (Diplom-Ökonom) and tax advisor at the Bonn office. He specialises in providing advice on international tax law – with a primary focus on in and outbound investments towards the USA – as well as advice on corporate restructuring and transfer pricing. <<<
