Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises RTL Deutschland and ProSiebenSat.1 on close cooperation in advertising technology

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised RTL Deutschland GmbH and ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE on the agreement of close cooperation in advertising technology (AdTech).

The cooperation aims to connect the products and services of the intragroup technology providers so that advertising clients can run cross-platform advertising campaigns across the platforms of both partners: from linear TV and smart TV advertising to campaigns on the streaming platforms RTL+ and Joyn. In addition, the cooperation reduces the dependence of the German advertising market and the media companies themselves on AdTech supplied by major US corporations.
