Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises EMERAM on the merger of ADLER Smart Solutions with HMB Energy

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the investment company EMERAM on the acquisition and integration of HMB Energy by its portfolio company ADLER Smart Solutions GmbH (ADLER).

The acquisition means ADLER’s areas of expertise in solar park development and megawatt storage with capacities of more than 1Mwh are strengthened with the integration of the previously owner-managed HMB GmbH from Meppen in Lower Saxony.
