Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises EMERAM on establishing the largest full-service partner in the renewable energy sector

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the Munich-based investment company EMERAM on the merger of its portfolio company ADLER Smart Solutions GmbH with HMB and Charge Construct to form the newly founded ace Group (advanced clean energy Group). The ace Group is a full-service provider of renewable energy solutions for the B2B market and is based in Hamburg.
