Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Dr. Hans Riegel Holding GmbH on its investment in the Hamburg-based food start-up Infinite Roots (formerly Mushlabs). The Series B funding led by Dr. Hans Riegel Holding amounts to USD 58 million, equivalent to EUR 53.2 million. In addition to Dr. Hans Riegel Holding, the other investors include the Rewe Group and the EIC Fund of the European Innovation Council.
