Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Döhler on the acquisition of SVZ

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Döhler Group SE from Darmstadt on the acquisition of Dutch wholesaler SVZ International BV. The acquisition expands Döhler’s global market operations.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to the required regulatory approvals.
