Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises the SEMA group on the integration of Hausmann Wynen

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised SEMA Lizenz- und Beteiligungs-GmbH, Wildpoldsried, on the integration of industry software specialist Hausmann Wynen into the SEMA group.

The majority shareholders of the SEMA group are funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, which have supported the group since 2022.

Earlier this year, a team led by Mathias Bülow advised the SEMA group on the acquisition of Compass Software GmbH.
