Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises the founders of GEM Consulting on its merger with Horn & Company

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the founders and shareholders of the Swiss strategy consulting firm GEM Consulting GmbH (GEM) on its merger with the Horn & Company Group.

In 2021, Horn & Company entered into a partnership with the private equity fund Waterland to also establish a strategy based on inorganic growth.

The partnership benefits from GEM's industry expertise in financial services for major banks.  Both companies stand to benefit from increased growth opportunities in Switzerland and Germany as a result of the merger. Together, the consulting firms cover all of the German-speaking countries.
