Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Industrie De Nora S.p.A. on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital in Shotec GmbH through its German subsidiary, De Nora Deutschland GmbH. De Nora is a leading supplier of key components in the green hydrogen production chain.
