Flick Gocke Schaumburg appoints seven equity partners and nine associated partners

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has appointed seven equity partners and nine associated partners with effect from January 1, 2021. They all have developed their careers at Flick Gocke Schaumburg. At the beginning of the new year, Dr. Sven-Eric Bärsch, Dr. Daniel Dreßler, Matthias Full, Dr. Nils Häck, Dr. Florian Holzner, Dr. Tanja Schienke-Ohletz, and Rainald Vobbe will become equity partners.

The newly appointed associated partners are Dr. Karl Broemel, Dr. Yorck Frese, Dr. Christian Kahlenberg, Dr. Andreas Leonhardt, Frieder B. Mörwald, Dr. Ursula Neuhoff, Dr. Philipp Windeknecht, Dr. Bettina Wirth-Duncan, and Dr. Benny Wünschmann. Furthermore, Sebastian Usinger has been appointed a director of FGS Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH and Rinaldo Stanislav a director of Flick Gocke Schaumburg GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.

That will bring the number of equity partners to 81 and the number of associated partners to 82 at Flick Gocke Schaumburg’s seven offices as of January 1, 2021.

The firm’s new partners in 2021:

Dr. Sven-Eric Bärsch is a tax advisor in Frankfurt am Main and specializes in international business and group taxation. He chiefly focuses on transfer pricing, international permanent establishments, global documentation, tax audits, and (preliminary) mutual agreement procedures and arbitration proceedings.

Dr. Daniel Dreßler is an auditor, tax advisor, and certified public accountant (CPA) in Stuttgart. He provides advice on business and group taxation, mainly in reorganizations and M&A. He also has extensive experience of establishing and developing family offices.

Matthias Full is a tax advisor in Munich. The focus of his work is tax advice on transactions for private equity funds and strategic investors, and assistance in tax matters for companies and groups, primarily in reorganizations.
 
Dr. Nils Häck is a lawyer and certified tax advisor in Bonn. He advises family-owned businesses and their internationally connected shareholders and partners.  He specializes in expatriation and immigration planning for individuals, and domestic and cross-border reorganizations.

Dr. Florian Holzner, LL.M. works as a lawyer, tax advisor, and attorney-at-law (New York) in Munich. He advises companies and investors on domestic and cross-border taxation, and transactions and reorganizations.

Dr. Tanja Schienke-Ohletz is a lawyer and tax advisor in Frankfurt am Main. She advises individuals on inheritance and gift tax, and international business succession. She also specializes in advising non-profit organizations, especially foundations and associations.

Rainald Vobbe is a tax advisor, Diplom-Finanzwirt and expert advisor on customs and excise in Bonn. He advises family-owned businesses, international trading companies, corporate groups and service providers on indirect taxes, tax compliance, and risk management.
