Flick Gocke Schaumburg Appoints One Equity Partner and Six Associated Partners as of January 1, 2016

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has appointed Dr. Jörg Stalleiken, who is a tax lawyer and an expert in succession, private wealth and foundations, as an equity partner as of January 1, 2016. Six new associated partners have also been named.

Jörg Stalleiken is a lawyer, tax advisor and a graduate in tax administration (Diplom-Finanzwirt). He joined the Bonn office of Flick Gocke Schaumburg in 2007 and was appointed associated partner in 2013. The 39-year-old specializes in tax and corporate-law advice for family-owned businesses and private clients, and in national and international estate planning and succession planning. His areas of expertise include expatriation and immigration matters for individuals and businesses. He also advises clients on the structuring of private assets and on family, corporate and charitable foundations.

The newly appointed associated partners are:

  • Dr. Jan Andreas Dyckmans, lawyer and tax advisor, Frankfurt am Main
  • Dr. Ingo Fuchs, lawyer and tax advisor, Bonn
  • Dr. Sven Kluge, graduate in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) and tax advisor, Bonn
  • Jens Kretzschmann, LL.M. oec, lawyer, tax advisor, graduate in tax administration (Diplom-Finanzwirt), Berlin
  • Dr. Matthias Merkelbach, lawyer, Bonn
