Flick Gocke Schaumburg Appoints One Equity Partner and Seven Associated Partners as of January 1, 2015

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has appointed more partners from its own ranks as of January 1, 2015.  Berlin-based lawyer and tax consultant Dr. Peter Möllmann is to become a partner within the meaning of the German Act on Professional Partnerships (PartGG). Seven associates have been appointed associated partners. FGS Flick Gocke Schaumburg GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft will gain one more director.

Dr. Peter Möllmann (35) is a lawyer, certified tax lawyer and tax consultant. He has worked in the Berlin office of Flick Gocke Schaumburg since 2009. In 2012, he was appointed an associated partner. As a business taxation expert, he specializes in the structuring of funds, financing and M&A transactions, and management interests in private equity and venture capital.

  • Dr. Daniel Liebchen, tax consultant and Diplom-Kaufmann, Bonn
  • Judith Mehren, lawyer, certified tax lawyer, tax consultant and Diplom-Finanzwirt, Bonn
  • Dr. Tobias Schwartz, lawyer and certified tax lawyer, Bonn

The new director of FGS Flick Gocke Schaumburg GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is:

  • Dr. Marco Meyer, auditor, tax consultant and Diplom-Kaufmann, Bonn.
