Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises REWE on planned cooperation with Real

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the REWE Group on preparing a cooperation agreement with the retail group Real and on conducting the proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office.

The Federal Cartel Office had previously cleared the acquisition of 63 Real stores by investor Dr. Sven Tischendorf with the involvement of the previous Real management in a management buy-out.
