Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises on sale of Münker to ArcelorMittal

Flick Gocke Schaumburg advised a group of investors and the previous majority shareholder and managing director Frank-Udo Münker on the sale of Münker Metallprofile GmbH to ArcelorMittal Construction Deutschland GmbH. ArcelorMittal acquired all shares of Münker Metallprofile GmbH with effect from June 21, 2019, expanding its business in roof and facade technology.
 
Managing Director Frank-Udo Münker, the management team and all employees of Münker Metallprofile will remain with the company. The location in the Reichshof in Oberberg and the “Münker Metallprofile” brand are also secured for the long term.

With a production capacity of over 100,000 tonnes, Münker Metallprofile GmbH is one of the largest premium manufacturers of components for lightweight metal construction in Germany.
