Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Meetrics shareholders on DoubleVerify sale

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the shareholders of Meetrics GmbH on the sale of the company to DoubleVerify, a listed US media measurement and analysis company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Meetrics specializes in measuring quality in digital advertising. The sales, product and development teams at Meetrics will continue to operate from their offices in Europe.
