Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Hirtz on sale to pfm medical

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Hirtz & Co. KG on the sale of the entire business operations of HiCo Medical Solutions to pfm medical ag by way of an asset deal.

The business operations of the medical technology company HiCo comprise the manufacture and sale of hypo-/hyperthermia systems, anti-decubitus solutions, inhalation products and consumables for hospital and nursing home requirements.

The team advising Hirtz & Co KG was led by Lambertus Fuhrmann and included Mathias Bülow, Johannes Leverkus and Justus Bode.
