Flick Gocke Schaumburg advised H.I.G. Capital on the management participation program in connection with the acquisition of the Danish wheelchair manufacturer TA Service A/S.

H.I.G. Capital acquired TA Service through its portfolio company Meyra. H.I.G. Capital had acquired Meyra, headquartered in Kalldorf, Germany, by the end of 2019 together with the Norwegian specialist for care wheelchairs Alu Rehab A/S, thus creating one of the leading manufacturers of mobility aids in Europe.

TA Service is a Danish manufacturer of high-quality power wheelchairs, founded in 1988 by its current CEO Torben Andersen.

A Flick Gocke Schaumburg team led by Mathias Bülow advised on the structuring and the setting up of the management participation program both in connection with the acquisition of Meyra and Alu Rehab A/S and the most recent acquisition of TA Service.
