Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Frankfurt School on sale of Adickesallee property to Commerz Real

Flick Gocke Schaumburg advised Frankfurt School of Finance & Management on the sale of the property at Adickesallee 36-38 to Commerz Real, a company of Commerzbank Group.

Around 1,100 new student apartments and furnished serviced apartments are to be built on the site in Frankfurt’s Nordend district by the end of 2023. Total living space will be approximately 39,000 square metres, divided into student apartments and 140 apartments subsidized under the Frankfurt Program for the Promotion of Housing for Students of July 2016. The plans also include a hotel for seminar participants and a 600-square-meter gym.
