Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Avalara on Inposia acquisition

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Avalara, Inc. on the acquisition of all shares in Inposia GmbH. Listed on the NYSE, Avalara is a provider of cloud-based software platforms for tax compliance solutions.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or further details of the sale.
