Flick Gocke Schaumburg hat die Next.e.GO Mobile SE („Next.e.GO“) beim beabsichtigten Zusammenschluss mit der börsennotierten Mantelgesellschaft Athena Consumer Acquisition Corporation steuerlich beraten. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss soll die kombinierte Gruppe an der New York Stock Exchange gehandelt werden.

Flick Gocke Schaumburg will open a notary's office in Berlin. As of November 1, 2018, lawyer and notary Carlos Katins will join the firm as of counsel with lawyers Lennart Schramm and Konstantin von Richthofen, and four notary assistants.
