"Handbuch der Gemeinnützigkeit": Flick Gocke Schaumburg partners publish new edition of the standard work
The non-profit sector is regularly governed by regulations stemming from statutory provisions, case law, and administrative instructions. In the recently published new edition of “Handbuch der Gemeinnützigkeit” (Handbook for the non-profit sector), editors Prof. Stephan Schauhoff and Dr. Christian Kirchhain LL.M. completely revise the presentation of the law and tax law for the third sector.
