The latest issue of The Legal 500 Germany guide once again places Flick Gocke Schaumburg top of the rankings in the practice areas of private clients and non-profits, tax law and tax criminal law, and private equity – fund structuring. In the category M&A – small deals (up to EUR 100m), Flick Gocke Schaumburg achieved Tier 2 status.
Dr. Christian von Oertzen has again received the special honor of inclusion in the Hall of Fame for private clients and non-profits this year. Dr. Christian Kirchhain and Prof. Dr. Stephan Schauhoff were again named as leading partners in the same category.
As in previous years, The Legal 500 Germany names Flick Gocke Schaumburg among the recommended law firms in the categories M&A – mid-sized deals (EUR 100m – EUR 500m), private equity transactions – mid-sized deals (EUR 100m – EUR 500m), and in corporate law and labor and employment law.
Flick Gocke Schaumburg has also been nominated in two categories for this year’s The Legal 500 Germany Awards: the tax law practice as Team of the Year, and Dr. Christian von Oertzen as Senior Partner of the Year. The prizes will be awarded in Frankfurt am Main on February 21. <<<
