Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Wirtgen Invest on the purchase of A-Rosa on Sylt

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Wirtgen Invest Holding GmbH on acquiring the A-Rosa hotel resort in List on Sylt. The seller is the public fund company Deutsche Immobilien Invest Hotel Fonds GmbH & Co. KG, which is selling the 5-star hotel as part of an asset deal.
