Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises TKD on milanconsult acquisition

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the TKD Group on acquiring milanconsult GmbH. The acquisition will enable TKD to build on its leading position in the European Device as a Service (DaaS) market and strengthen its portfolio in mobile device security.

The management and shareholders of milanconsult will remain under the umbrella of the TKD Group.
