Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises synava on the acquisition of IT-Choice Software

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the synava Group, a portfolio company of BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”), on the acquisition of IT-Choice Software GmbH.

IT-Choice Software is a German medium-sized company with extensive expertise in tumour-related documentation. Although radiology has already been a key focus of the synava Group, it commonly overlaps with oncology.
By adding this closely related field, the Group strengthens collaboration projects, streamlines workflows, and advances innovation in patient care.
