Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Städtische Werke Magdeburg on acquisition of MDCC Magdeburg-City-Com

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Städtische Werke Magdeburg GmbH & Co. KG (SWM) on the acquisition of all shares in MDCC Magdeburg-City-Com GmbH (MDCC) from Tele Columbus Netz GmbH (TCN).

SWM previously held a stake of around 49 percent in MDCC and has now acquired the remaining approximately 51 percent from TCN.
