Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised SHD System-Haus-Dresden GmbH (SHD), a market leader in IT infrastructure and process digitization, on its merger with Syserso Networks GmbH.

Together, SHD and Syserso Networks plan to meet their customers’ needs in telecommunications, IT infrastructure and security in the future.

It has been implementing future-proof telecommunications networks for public and private network operators for more than 25 years.  The institutional investor Chequers Capital became the majority shareholder in Syserso Networks in 2021.<<<
