Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised MEDICE – The Health Family on a strategic partnership with HMNC Holding GmbH to advance treatments for depression. The advisory services focused on the participation of Precision Psychiatry Investment GmbH, a sister company of MEDICE, in the current funding round for HMNC Holding GmbH.
The collaboration aims to accelerate the development of innovative treatments for depression. Teams from HMNC and MEDICE are working on the clinical development and regulatory approval of novel ketamine-based therapies.
