Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises medavis on strategic partnership with Potthoff + Partner

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the medavis Group, a portfolio company of Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU), on the agreement of a strategic partnership with Potthoff + Partner (P+P).

P+P is a medium-sized software company that has been developing practice-orientated software solutions for rehabilitation and specialist clinics for over 35 years. The companies wish to use the strategic partnership as a basis for joint growth and targeted product development.
