Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Köster Holding SE (Köster), a leading supplier to the construction industry in building construction, civil engineering and tunnel construction, on the acquisition of SAINT-GOBAIN Brüggemann Holzbau GmbH (Brüggemann).

The transaction is subject to approval by the Federal Cartel Office.
