Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises IK Partners on sale of MDT technologies to BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital
Flick Gocke Schaumburg has provided tax advice to IK Partners and the other shareholders on the sale of their shares in MDT technologies GmbH to a fund advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital AG.
The IK VIII Fund has signed an agreement to sell MDT technologies, a leading European building automation platform. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction; completion is subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
