Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised FINN, a German car subscription start-up, on the closing of ABS II, an asset-backed security (ABS) financing program with a volume of up to EUR 1 billion. This is FINN’s second ABS financing.

The financing is provided by leading banks, including Citi and Jefferies. In addition, London-based investment company Avellinia Capital has extended its backing, which began in July 2023.

This debt capital will enable FINN to further expand its fleet and continue to grow in its home market of Germany and across Europe.
