Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises SEMA Group on acquisition of Compass software GmbH

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised SEMA Lizenz- und Beteiligungs-GmbH (“SEMA Group”), Wildpoldsried, on the acquisition of Compass Software GmbH (“Compass”). The Sellers are the existing shareholders. The majority shareholders of the SEMA Group are funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital.

Compass’ current management team will continue to run the company within the SEMA Group.
