Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises DBAG on UNITY AG investment

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has provided tax advice to Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), a listed company, on an investment in UNITY Aktiengesellschaft für Unternehmensführung und Informationstechnologie (UNITY AG), an internationally active advisory firm. As part of the transaction, a fund advised by DBAG will acquire a controlling interest in UNITY AG. The transaction is subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities.
