Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Centroplan Group on restructuring

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has provided legal and tax advice to the Centroplan Group, based in Geilenkirchen, on its corporate restructuring. As part of the transaction, an investor backed by family businesses acquired a majority stake in the Centroplan Group. This move, undertaken with the Reinartz family who retains a stake in the company, is geared towards bolstering growth.
