Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Caverion Germany on its acquisition of Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik GmbH.

The transaction supports Caverion Germany’s growth strategy and strengthens its position in the German market for cooling and climate technology.

In 2025, Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik generated a total annual revenue of approximately €6.1 million and employs around 40 people. <<<
