Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Capiton on sale of AEMtec GmbH
Flick Gocke Schaumburg has provided tax advice to Capiton and its shareholders on the sale of their shares in AEMtec GmbH to Micross Components.
Capiton Quantum has sold its majority stake in portfolio company AEMtec GmbH to Micross Components, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital and a leading provider of microelectronic products and services for the aerospace, defense, medical and industrial sectors.
