Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises organizers of the 2025 FISU Summer World University Games
Flick Gocke Schaumburg has provided comprehensive tax advice to the non-profit organiser of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU Summer World University Games.
The event, being held in Bochum, Duisburg, Essen, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Hagen and Berlin until 27 July 2025, is the second largest multi-sport event in the world after the Summer Olympics. As many as 9,000 student athletes from around 150 nations, supported by approximately 20,000 volunteers, will compete in 18 different sports over the course of eleven days.
