Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises ARENIT Industrie SE on IPO in Sweden
Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised ARENIT Industrie SE on the successful private placement of Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) and the subsequent initial public offering on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Sweden.
The private placement comprised an offering of SDRs amounting to SEK 500 million (approx. EUR 47 million), which was open to both institutional investors in Sweden and internationally and to private investors in Sweden. Additionally, an over-allotment option of up to 974,025 SDRs, the equivalent of approximately SEK 75 million (approx. EUR 7 million), has been made available, meaning that the total placement volume could increase to SEK 575 million (approx. EUR 54 million) if the option is exercised in full.
