Flick Gocke Schaumburg welcomes Dr. Helena Laugwitz to its expanding notary team

Flick Gocke Schaumburg’s notary team in Frankfurt is to welcome a new addition on 1 January 2026: Dr. Helena Laugwitz, who is joining the team headed by partner Dr. Finn Lubberich. The firm has a second notary team in Berlin, headed by Dr. Martin Oltmanns.

Dr. Laugwitz, who joins Flick Gocke Schaumburg as of counsel, has been working in Frankfurt as a lawyer since 2014 and as a notary public since November 2021. She is a renowned expert in real estate law and corporate law.

She has several years of experience in setting up and expanding all areas of a notary’s office, most recently at Rittershaus and previously at HauckSchuchardt. In recent years, Dr. Laugwitz has also expanded her notarial activity to include matters of inheritance law.

In addition, she has extensive legal and notarial expertise in transactions, corporate law and real estate law. She primarily advises investors, high-net-worth individuals, and SMEs on asset and share deals in the real estate sector.
