Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises RTL on the acquisition of Sky Deutschland

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised RTL Deutschland on all antitrust aspects of a binding agreement on the acquisition of Sky Deutschland and thus the acquisition of the Sky business in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy (South Tyrol), Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The seller is Comcast Corporation.

The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals.
