Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Oliver Herbig, founder of karriere tutor GmbH, on the entry of private equity investor Trill Impact.
Oliver Herbig will retain a stake in karriere tutor and continue to manage the business with Thomas Rekittke, who joined the company as co-CEO in August 2021.
With Oliver Herbig, Trill Impact intends to further expand its digital offering of educational courses.
