Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises karriere tutor GmbH founder and CEO Oliver Herbig on the sale of karriere tutor GmbH

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Oliver Herbig, founder of karriere tutor GmbH, on the entry of private equity investor Trill Impact.

Oliver Herbig will retain a stake in karriere tutor and continue to manage the business with Thomas Rekittke, who joined the company as co-CEO in August 2021.

With Oliver Herbig, Trill Impact intends to further expand its digital offering of educational courses.
